Drake and Ace got off the boat from Johto but were met with a horrible sight

a large metalic Torterra was stealing the Pokemno but hwhen he was seen Drake tried to run but was unable to get anywher they fired a cannon blast at him and he put up a shield but was flown off elsewhere
